My dad, (miss you buddy in heaven) along with my uncle used to purchase bikes here through the '70s and '80s I've purchased a few here as well I go here to have a flat tire fixed No mind you I took the wheel off the bike I have literally the new tube the tire does not need replaced This is for my son's dirt bike Over the phone they tell me $50 plus tax I get there well they're at 60 some dollars then I say well why there's no tire tax You're not It's the same tire there's nothing wrong with the tire I have the inner tube why am I being charged so much? They said they could take a little of the shop cost off, ?what shop cost Again I have all the stuff I need here I just need to tire to be removed from the rim a tube put in that I have and the tire put back on and air put in it 5 minute job turned into a 45 minute game In the end with the additional stuff they claim I needed cost me $70 You can go and get two tires on a car mounted and balanced for $60 And you can apply $10 towards your third tire for what I spent for one 10-in tire This is unbelievable...
Recently purchased a new bike from the folks at PCC and it was a fantastic experience. Nicky and John were very responsive to all my questions. In store they were patient and ensured all my questions were answered. Pricing was transparent and consistent throughout the sales process, and Joe expertly handled all the required documentation. This is a full service shop, and they are also handling all my modification work. This is a great family business full of wonderful people. I do business with a couple other local motorcycle shops, too. All have been great, but PCC has been the easiest to work with, and the best at following up and responding quickly to my needs. It's a smaller shop, but if you've done your research and are ready to buy then this is the place to go!
I needed a new back tire for my Honda 750 aero(driveshaft). Pgh cycle was very helpful . The cost of tire and install was Very reasonable . I was very lucky for they had an appointment available later on that day . The work was done in a timely manner . A very nice Experience. Thankyou
The people are very friendly kind I came in with a Yamaha issue and they tried the best to try to steal accommodate me. No they wasn't able to help me but they sure gave a good effort
Called them to ask if they could mount a tire on a cruiser wheel already off bike, was told that they could do it same-day but when I got there 35 minutes later, the tech was already in his car ready to leave, so I had to leave it for "first thing next morning". Went back an hour after service opened the next morning and it still wasn't done. I just needed tire replaced, no balance needed (using internal balancing product) but still had to pay for "mount and balance" at .5 hours labor, so a 5 minute job cost $45, and there's goo all over my wheel and brake rotors. Will not be going back to them again.
