Pinnacle was outstanding to work with when I bought my 2026 Mule Pro Ranch edition. Renee put together the most competitive offering I could find and made the process quick and easy. Cody was extremely helpful and quick to respond even with it being a few days before Christmas. All of the staff at Pinnacle were friendly and explained everything well. My only complaint was a last minute cost increase due to tire dating on my trade in. I’ve never had to cover costs for tire replacement on any vehicle I have used as a trade— bike or car—and definitely felt a little cheated having to pay an additional $400+ on top of the $1700 cash and trade in originally agreed upon. Overall, the experience was nice and easy with very quick responses from staff. Cody is an excellent team member at Pinnacle and went above and beyond to try to work with me.
