DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Let me start by saying at least yall have talked to someone we purchased atv for my high functioning autistic son for Christmas best gift he got too bad when he got on it it wouldn’t start still has not started and talk about ruining Christmas my son still believed in Santa but he caught on really fast when I have to stay on the phone for hour every single day sending emails every single day he was told Santa got it for him and he now knows that Santa didn’t get it for him mom and dad did and all around just disappointed. I got the troubleshoot email did everything still won’t start the battery came with no top so had to buy a top then we got spark plugs because there is no spark so yeah to say the least its still sitting never started my son has a gift the only gift I could afford for Christmas for him and he can’t even ride it! Ohhh we paid all this extra money to get it before Christmas so I think that money needs to be returned also then the color was wrong it didn’t come with any instructions at all on how to assemble it so watch hours of YouTube’s figuring it all out I was not upset about any of that I just said okay and kept going but now I’m about to go file papers with the courts because I paid all this money received defective equipment and I’m not getting any kind of response and I have all the proof I need to take this to court I’m highly upset by the entire process and you all should be ashamed your a company and you have one person only one person who does returns refunds and troubleshooting and yes I was told that by the one and only person I have talked to.
Kits do not come with all pieces required for assembly. I believe they leave pieces out on purpose to make you buy more. Bike warranty never worked, I had some guy who didn't know about these bikes call and say he'd have to study the engine then he didn't call back. I bought an entire new engine so I could get to work and now the electric speedometer is missing a wiring harness for the gear and my gas gauge and odometer can't turn on. My engine failed on the bike, warranty gave me the run around and never came through, always telling me to fix something that wasn't even the problem. Then I bought all the pieces myself since warranty refused to help, and installed them all according to the mechanic that called me for warranty service. Still didn't work, I installed a new engine and it's good, now. But the speedo cable was also snapped because the horn hits the plastic fender and catches ajd tanks on the speedo cable. and when replacing the odometer I upgraded to the digital, which I was told on the website and YouTube I could do. But the kit is missing wiring for the power to get to the omodeter and it didn't come with the electric speedo for the tire mount. Which cost more than the odometer. The rps hawk digital odometer does not match with my rps hawk 250 bike? Where is all the wiring and why do I have extra plugs? No help from the company after numerous attempts to get a hold of someone. Let alone the warranty. The plastic head light brackets vibrated and broke off just during riding, the screws and nuts come loose too often causing me to lose side panels while riding. And Ricky power sports won't answer their phones, sending all the work to the companies they outsource to making getting a hold of the manufacturer for warranty and service difficult. This bike is one little thing after the next. Some little piece in the inside of the engine broke and i was told to replace clutch and adjust cable. I needed a new engine. The speedo cable snapped and I was told I needed to buy a new one. Didn't make sense to me. So I bought an entire new set for that specific bike and it doesn't even match all the way. Where is the wire to run back to the battery and for the gears? Why do I have plugs that don't fit anything Answer your phone's and Make it make sense
Was hung up on! I understand that the bikes being stuck at port is an issue but when I am able to google my way to find more information on the shipment and container information than you give me, we have an issue. They tell me that they have been at the port for over a month but I find out that the average time at port is 6 to 8 days. I call for information on Friday and was told that floors in the office were being cleaned so I would have to call back Tuesday. I call on Tuesday and am now told that policies have changed and they can only talk to dealers with information. These cheap bikes are not worth having to deal with these horrible people. Already have waited almost a month for a bike that was supposed to be here 7-10 days but being told that it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month and that changes with every call. Going to give this information to the BBB now as well to hopefully help someone else from having to deal with this.
