I purchased a new 2023 Seado Switch from Pensacola Motorsport as a retirement gift to myself after 30 years of service. I took the boat in for a recall and maintenance after 27 hrs of ride time. I was told rain water had gathered in the boat so they removed the drain plugs. I think it's a reasonable expectation for them to replace the plugs after the water drained out. They did not. Since we had never taken the plugs out, it didn't occur to us to check to ensure they were in place, why would it. When I get my oil changed on my truck I don't crawl under to see if the mechanic replaced the drain plug. Nevertheless, the boat was placed in the water and ridden for a minute before recognizing it was taking on water. We pumped the water out immediately but the boat failed to start. The follow up customer service was horrible. No accountability other than admitting to taken the plugs out. After buying the boat there, a couple thousand spent on accessories, almost 4k in repairs. You would think they would value you as a customer but no. They were horrible. No we have to find a mechanic to diagnose why it won't start. I will never do business with Pensacola Motorsport again and I am recommending all military service personnel to avoid that place. Stay away!!!
My wife and I had the best experience at Pensacola Motorsports.We called before we went over and spoke with Laila.She was kind and very knowledgeable.Our questions were answered without hesitation.She knew her stuff. Once we arrived the service personnel greeted us with smiles and even thanked us for coming. We did purchase and that process was so easy. The people there knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. This was by far a great experience. Thanks again to Laila.
I really enjoyed my experience buying a motorcycle here. Everybody is a great team of workers and kept it simple and very reasonable. I liked that they answered my questions so that I can understand better about the Honda rebel cmx 500 motorcycle. A lot of great variety. And accessories.
