I bought my first Harley from this dealership last week, and it has easily been the best experience I’ve had at any dealership, motorcycle or car. V is an awesome salesman and went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted. Bryson and Ed delivered my bike to me and picked it up when I needed something fixed. They were both friendly and helpful though they seemed to be having a long work day. Both managers came up to me while I was there just to talk about bikes and life. Nugget helped me order some farkles. And Amy gave me a t-shirt and showed me around the retail shop. If you are curious about Harley’s I cannot recommend them enough. Head to West Palm Beach Harley and schedule a test ride asap. 10/10. Great people and great service. It’s all legit there… i’m a really satisfied customer with a new Harley Livewire Del Mar now!

If it wasn't for PB Harley, I'd be still riding Indian's. Shop is great and has fantastic parts dept if they don't have item in stock. No pressure, no obnoxious sales team, gives you all the time you need to make a very expensive emotional purchase. Service dept is honest and does the job without Drama. Bryson, thanks for the help. I just bought a 2025 Harley-Davidson Nightster, and I’ve never been happier. It started with the sales manager, Ryan. I explained my situation with my current motorcycle and my budget, and he told me about a few options and had me come in. I met the sales rep, V. Crowder, who walked me through various bikes in that price range until we landed on the one I wanted. Then he introduced me to RJ in finance—super helpful and very informative—who walked me through everything I was signing. All in all, it was a great experience, and if you’re thinking about getting a Harley, I highly recommend this location. Customer for life!

I read all of these positive reviews about this place and I too thought that same, until now. I dropped off my bike in Friday 12/26. The service guy (for which no longer works there) told me it would be diagnosed at by Wednesday 12/31. I was ok with this. I called on 12/31, spoke with whom I believe was Will. He indicated that it was not looked at yet. I’m patient. I called again on 1/3 and it still was not looked at or diagnosed. Was given a slew of reasons why it had not been diagnosed. I called today 1/6 and it still has not been diagnosed and the service person Will, was flipped with me and indicating the same nonsense about shortages of personnel and such. At this point this is a joke. I called and try to speak to Chris, the service manager, he’s not in. I called to speak with the GM, Brian. Was transferred to voice mail. I called several times and the receptionist just kept blindly transferring me to the same voice mail. Went to the location and spoke with another manager, also named Brian, and he too was pretty flipped with my situation and he told me the GM is not in and just arrived in Miami and I will need to wait to speak with him. At this time, I’ve had NO communication with this form, if it was not for me calling them. This second Brian, as a manager, did not offer any assistance nor did he offer to leave a message for the GM. When I asked for the GMs card, I was told that can just call the store and be transferred I’ve attempted to find their corporate number to no avail. When you call the two locations owned by the same company, they refuse to give out the corporate number. The sad thing about this is that I’ve purchased two motorcycles from this place and I’ve had all my serving on one of the there. Make this make sense to me.

Palm Beach Harley-Davidson has an incredible atmosphere, and a big part of that is thanks to Josh Moore. From start to finish, he made me feel completely welcome and ensured I had an awesome experience. If you’re visiting the dealership, make sure you ask for Josh you’ll be glad you did!
