This is our 2nd UTV we purchased from Owen. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Joe was excellent to work with and we highly recommend him. We originally planned on getting a UTV from the Polaris dealer in Decatur to save us a drive. After we visited the Decatur dealer the equipment was outside and extremely dirty and sales didn’t seem to know much about the equipment. They only had a small parking lot to test drive. We are happy we made the drive to Charleston. Owens have nice big lot to test drive the equipment. It was clean. They had a very large amount of inventory. I would recommend stopping by you will see the difference.
Service and parts department did me a solid when I purchased my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe. Bre was easy to work with. Highly recommend them!!
Bre Sanders was outstanding! She was courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I was looking at a Honda Goldwing, which of course is an expensive bike, and with that kind of purchase you are going to have a lot of questions. She was never frustrated and was just focused on making sure that I had the information I needed to make an informed purchase. If you are a detail oriented type of consumer that wants every "I" dotted and every "T" crossed Owen is the place to go...and Bre is who you need to see...thank you again ma'am for everything!
