. I bought a brand-new 2025 Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO in July for over $20,000. In less than three months, I’ve had to bring it back four times for issues that were caused by the dealership’s own setup errors. The trailer bunks were misaligned from day one, which made the ski sit 2–3 inches off-center, caused the straps to loosen during transport, ripped the bunk carpet, and left deep gouge-like scratches along the bottom of the hull. Magic Tilt, the trailer manufacturer, confirmed that misaligned bunks cause exactly this type of damage and even sent me replacement bunks because the originals were ruined. Despite photos, documentation, and manufacturer confirmation, the service department refuses to take responsibility. Their representative marco dismisses every concern and always claims these setup errors as “normal wear” even though the unit is brand new. I’ll be adding photos to show the scratches caused by their misalignment as well as how the ski looks every single time I pick it up from service. I bring it in clean, and I get it back covered in black grease marks and handprints that take hours to scrub off. On top of that, there is a heavy gasoline smell and a visible liquid pooling in the bottom of the hull. Instead of investigating it, they brushed it off as “normal” and claimed it was “silicone spray,” even though I have never sprayed silicone anywhere inside the hull. And after bringing the ski back four times in a month and a half, they still had the nerve to charge me a diagnostic fee. Corporate Yamaha even tried contacting the dealer on my behalf, and they ignored them as well. After three emails and multiple calls over several months, the dealership still refuses to take responsibility or even communicate professionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for service. They do not stand behind their work, they do not perform proper setup, and they make warranty issues as difficult as possible.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience. From putting in a quote to keeping me up to date on when the bike was to arrive. Communication was outstanding! Sean was the best salesman! 10/10 would recommend.
I received excellent service. Sean greeted me immediately upon arrival and offered his assistance. Following a brief interval, the paperwork was completed and my bike was being prepared for departure. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone who assisted me and commend this shop.
The service that I received was nothing short of EXCELLENT. I went in to my first ever dealership of any type, with the dream of buying my first ever bike. Sean took care of me and helped explain the process and just did a phenomenal job, super approachable, informed and just a good overall dude. The manager Mike was straightforward and also easy to talk to, all my questions were answered, worries were eased. Just a great experience overall. Cole was also very informed and helped me out through the process of the warranties and the payment. Will be coming back here for whatever questions or equipment I need. Great place!
I wanted to share my experience with the Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki dealership. I 100% recommended this place to anyone looking for their next motorcycle. Since calling the dealership for the first time inquiring about an R9, Sean was extremely helpful, honest, kind and very more. After speaking with him on the phone, I came in to look at the R9 he had at the showroom floor. He was super knowledgeable about the motorcycle. You can tell he has the passion for bikes and helping people. After speaking with him, it was time to sit down and talk numbers. We agreed on numbers in less than 30 minutes. The staff there was super nice. I came back the following morning to pick up my brand new R9 and i couldn’t be happier doing business with them.

Buying a snowmobile from Orlando Yamaha-Kawasaki in Orlando, Florida? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Orlando Yamaha-Kawasaki about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Orlando Yamaha-Kawasaki in Orlando, Florida before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Orlando Yamaha-Kawasaki — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Orlando Yamaha-Kawasaki what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
