I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales person communicated very well and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I spent maybe 5 minutes in the building, I got there and all the paperwork was ready to sign. I spent maybe a total of 10 minutes and had the side by side loaded and on my way. Would definitely buy from them again.

First time visiting Orange Power Sports for service on my Kawasaki Voyager 1700. The Staff here go above and beyond in making customers feel welcome, provide excellent service, and provide continuous follow-up during and after the work is done. Orange Power Sports provides the "old school" customer service in which you talk to genuine people vs one form of artificial intelligence. And one other thing.....Orange Power Sports is ALL AMERICAN! VETERAN owned...and VETERAN supported!!! SALUTE!!!
Called them about a used unit to confirm it was in stock. The sales man assured me it was in great shape and they had replaced the seat that had some minor damage and put new tires on it,so I put down a $300 deposit. Road out (about 2 hrs) the next day to make a purchase and found that there was something strange going on in the transmission between neutral and 2nd and between 2nd and 3rd gears. They told me the deposit was not refundable even though it was a unit already in stock (not an order) and had an undisclosed issue with the transmission. Fortunately, I did not have the title for my trade and had to go to the DMV the next day to get the title for my trade. I went to another dealer and looked at a brand new version of the same model and it did not have any gaps or sticking points going into or out of 2nd gear. I purchased the 2025 model at that dealer and learned that it is actually illegal for them to keep my $300. Make sure to do a test ride on anything that is used before giving them a deposit. They also quoted me an interest rate of 11.99%, but the other dealer used the same lender (Road runner) and got a much lower rate. We speculated that they are also adding percentage points mark up to their loans. Feel free to refund my $300 and I will update my review accordingly.
