The staff here are excellent and very understanding and patient. Travis and Keith were super helpful and super attentive. You walk in and they greet you with a smile, and make you feel like family. I bought a used Harley Road King this week. I've dealt with Matt, Travis and Keith. Everyone one was more helpful than anybody could expect. The bike I wanted had been customized to the previous owners taste. Everyone bent over backwards to find parts and switch them out so that the bike was more to my taste. What a great buying experience! From the start, I received outstanding communication and customer service with zero pressure to buy. Kevin in sales was awesome to work with. He answered my questions and helped get a deal and financing in place on two bikes before I could make it to the dealership. When I arrived, both bikes (Ultra Classics) were ready for me to test drive. Kevin even went with me, which was appreciated because I wasn't familiar with the area. When we got back to the dealership, we talked more about the bike I ended up choosing (an '09 Ultra Classic) and he stepped inside while I discussed the purchase with my "boss." I ended up getting a lot of bike for the money without paying any extra dealer fees. The financing was smooth and the buying process was seamless. I was in and out in about three hours. Great bunch of people at Ol' Red's, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
