Great salesman! Great service…..at first. Brought my bike in for warranty work a mere 3 weeks into ownership. Was told 2-3 weeks I’d have it back. 4 months later I still don’t have my bike back Seems like it’s an inexperienced technician/ shop problem. Great place to buy from. I just wouldn’t trust them to build me a snowman

I was searching for a used Indian Challenger Dark Horse. I found a listing for the exact bike I was looking for except it was leftover 2023 model with one mile on the odometer. A few weeks prior I had gotten an OTD price from a local dealer and the price was a few thousand more than the OTD price provided by North Star Polaris. I knew there had to be some catch because it was too good to be true. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. I have purchased several new cars and motorcycles throughout the years and North Star Polaris is by far the BEST motorcycle dealership that I have done business. Excellent communication, knowledgeable, ZERO B.S. and they gave me a fantastic deal on my trade in towards the purchase. I loaded up by bike and made a 600-mile round trip from Maryland to Ohio to purchase the new bike. Everyone the I encountered at the dealership was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by Brooks (the salesman’s) knowledge of the motorcycle when he was reviewing the features of the bike with me. Usually, I know more about the bike I am buying than the person selling it to me lol. When its time to trade or upgrade there may be another road trip taking place. BTW, the bike is amazing!!!!
