I purchased a new Scout Bobber Twenty from North County Indian Motorcycle. Hayden, even though being very busy, made me feel right at home. Being a newbie he took the time to explain the differences between models and help me decide what might be best for my style. Hayden was cordial and patient throughout the process. He was not pushy at all. Ultimately he had a bike shipped in from Riverside because the one I wanted had a black exhaust rather than chrome. The dealership was transparent about pricing and I did not once feel like they were being deceptive or underhanded. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.
Absolutely the best motorcycle dealer in California. We purchased an FTR and a Scout Rogue, the customer service has been spectacular. I highly recommend working with Andrew who made it such an easy and straight forward process. Highly recommend!
Bought my '22 Super Chief Ltd here. All the folks there are so cool. Like just hanging out but that gets expensive lol Don't forget to join the riders group NC IMCRG & go on some great group rides.
I just bought a 1200 FTR. Billy was awesome. High quality sales person all the way. I wasn't super familiar with the area and he took me for a ride that let me get a feel for the bike. The whole process from asking questions about the bike to going through the price and striking a deal was really quick and easy. I would definitely purchase here again.
