I first purchased my Ducati here from Chase who was very knowledgeable and a great help through the sale. Since then, Tre in Service, has helped me through my maintenances. He is personable and knows all about my bike. He has helped through general maintenance and helped order the parts and tires while making great recommendations along the way. Could not recommend this team enough!
Great experience buying a new bike out here with Chase. Called the dealership at 11am and Chase gave me numbers on that same call, arrived at 12:30pm and was out with my bike by 2pm. Fair pricing and they were very considerate about my time. The books were not there at time of delivery, I just received them and the second key in the mail today me having to ask why I don’t get them initially. Chris and Garrett helped me load it into the back of my truck and secure it down properly. Chris followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going well. I called other dealerships locally but the experience with NextRode Tampa, Chase, Chris and Garrett was much better. I’d recommend them to anybody, thanks guys.
Pre-ordered two Aprilia Tuareg 660 Rally bikes and picked them up yesterday. Couldn't be happier. At the end of the day it was easy and a pleasure. Thanks to the staff at Next Ride.
I was really impressed with how they kept the bikes cleaned and detailed. The used bikes look like new bikes. They have a beautiful Harley touring motorcycle I saw on line and the bike looked just as good in person, which never happens. Great job guys!
I purchased a (Pre Owned) 2017 ktm 350 excf from this dealer, the bike had 30 hours on it when I purchased it in September of 2023. Today is April 2024 and the bike still has 30 hours on it. Why you might ask? The bike doesn’t run and hasn’t ran since I paid them $250 to have it delivered. When I told them about the issue they told me to bring the bike back and we can talk about a trade in. End of the day, this company sold me a bike that has serious issues on top of making me pay delievery fees. When I got it I was excited. Now my wife looks at me funny. Below I’ve attached photos of the condition I received the bike upon arrival. I had a terrible experience and will be using Honda for now on.
