On July 19th, 2024 I went to Harrison and bought a new SXS. Approximately May of 2025 it started over heating (still under warranty) I figured it would be more convenient to take it to Mountain Home to Next level since they are a Cam-Am dealer. 5 months later I had to call the cops to get it back today. In the process of all of this, they let us use a loaner rig for about 2 months. They were fully aware we lived on a farm and we use it for fun at Cloud 9. I get a call last week and it was the GM at Next Level telling me we did over $4k in damage. On a rig that we couldn’t even ride to Caulfield without it shutting down because the battery wouldn’t charge. We called weekly to let them know the rig wouldn’t keep a charge and ask about our rig and all we ever got was the battery will stay charged if it’s running ( it in fact did not) and because of “tariffs” our parts weren’t in yet. Anyways, it went from over $4k to $1500 and down to $375. I did not pay anything after talking to my attorney and 2 cops having to show up and tell them they can’t keep my rig. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND Next Level.
Highly recommend not to go here. Had them dewinterize my boat, change the oil and replace impeller. When i picked the boat up I was told it was ready for the water. After putting my wife in the water in the boat to drive to our lift the boat caught fire in a less than half mile trip. Dealer had forgot to open the raw water valve and motor overheated and caught fire. When it caught fire it started sinking due to the exhaist being burnt off. When I told the dealer of the issues they said they were at fault and would take care of it. After 3 weeks if not even looking at the boat I decided to get it off the lift myself and call my insurance. When I informed the dealer of me taking the boat to another dealer I trusted the owner called Mr and cussed me out like I had stole something. The service manager admitted to my insurance they messed up but when question from Next Levels insurance they told them they informed me the valve was closed and I had told them I would open it. (All false, I was told boat was ready to go to lake). NEXT LEVEL insurance denied the claim and had to file under my insurance. After almost a year of battles with my insurance I'm finally getting my boat back. Beware if you use next level they lie and cheat and don't care about their customers. I paid $600 for them to ruin my boat and summer without so much as an apology.
Look man I’ve never bought any new boats or side by side from them YET they have went above and beyond any normal expectations of a business. They have exceeded any and all efforts I may have thought possible just to take care of me. From the audio side to the boat side above and beyond then I had an issue with a jet ski I bought from someone else and YES YOUR RIGHT THEY CONTINUE TO HELP ME! If and when I buy a new boat side by side or a jet ski Next Level is the place I’ll make that purchase ! Collin has went out of his way to help me and Kelton has bent over backwards as well! Holler at Kelton for any purchases you need and Collin will take care of the service part for sure. I can’t say enough good things about them. Top notch at Next level! They went above and beyond to make my families Labor Day weekend amazing!
UPDATE ON REVIEW so the can am I got came with a faulty front diff Next level got me a new diff put in and they have stood behind their work , Gary the service manager has gone above and beyond to make sure my sxs was right. I would definitely recommend them . . Bought both my tractor and my commander there this year . Tyler made things easy all I had to do was make a couple calls come in and sign paperwork leave with my rides . Needed something for the sxs I let them know they got it ready for me to pick up later that day . Will definitely be back in when looking for my next ride .
Want to give a big shout out to Collin and his team. when having issues with my boat Collin made sure to stay in communication to let me know what was going on the whole time and make sure i was taken care of knowing that i just drove to mountain home to have a lake weekend with my family from 2 hours away. He picked my boat up from the marina and handled the issues it was having with 0 attitude. Collin the whole time was super nice and informing and couldn't be happier the way he and his team handled what could have been a ruined weekend and bad situation. Ive taken my boats to Next Level multiple times. And will continue to do so. So once again thank You to Collin and his team at Next Level Powersports for taking care of my family and I and getting my boat back on the water and better than Ever
