Wonderful experience. We found the unit we wanted and applied online and Curtis Snider helped us with the financing and everything. When we got to the dealership everything was ready. Update July 2025: Sales and Service departments a year after my purchase continue to exceed expectations! The Seadoo Switch three corner speaker sound system using the factory battery could not play long, when the boat was not running, before the voltage drop triggering the system to shut down preventing a dead battery. In late 2024, Seadoo came out with a dual battery kit but it never was offered for sale. I called BRP a few times but could not get anywhere. I went to see Arne and Curtis who accepted the challenge of getting this dual battery kit for me. All I had was a picture and Curtis found part number 295101482. It wasn’t available for dealership ordering so Curtis called a BRP representative on their cell phone to confirm the part should be available for purchase and was advised for the dealership to open a case. Arne was also working with Geramie, parts manager, to open a case for pricing and availability. One week later, I got a call to come pick up the dual battery kit from New Orleans Powersports. Very impressed to say the least! The dual battery kit was exactly what I needed. It fits two group 27 batteries in the front storage area. You can’t beat Seadoo accessories for quality and factory fit. I did upgrade to a 4 position switch to isolate batteries to make sure I always have a charged battery when it’s time to leave the beach. Buying a boat from New Orleans Powersports was a really great experience! Working with Arne, our salesman, and Curtis, sales manager, was easy and no pressure. Arne brought a Sea Doo Switch Limited to their store so we could demo. After purchase, they patiently answered all our questions and completed a second water trial to make sure I was totally comfortable with our new boat. Never rushed any part of delivery and made sure we were very happy customers! They had inventory not many other dealers get, plus they are the local dealer. If you are considering any recreational toys, I highly recommend going to New Orleans Powersports!
The guys at this dealership are great. I was a little in easy at first. I spoke to salesman and he put my mind at ease. Seamless transaction from the sales finance, and manager Curtis. I was take out in the water and given a demo on how everything worked. Upon starting the demo one of the managing partners was there to assure me that I was getting a full understanding of the boat. Everything Curtis said he reiterated after I finished my demo. Guys are great.
