In November I reached out to Mountain Motorsports in Marietta through their website. Shortly later I was contacted by Sean Sanderson from their sales department. Sean was very welcoming, low pressure, and informative. From the way Sean carried himself and represented Mountain Motorsports, I knew this was where I wanted to conduct my business. Over the Thanksgiving break I had an opportunity to meet Sean in person while introducing my wife to him and some of the models of motorcycles they sold. Once again Sean was a true professional that only wanted to inform me so we made a decision we felt good about. Then just after Christmas I bought my first bike from Sean, which he had to brought in from another store due to it's uniqueness. Sean great, but so was the business Team that handled all of the paperwork. Not only did I find the store I wanted to purchase from and the person I wanted to work with in Sean, but I also feel I gained a friendship. Kudos to Sean Sanderson and the entire Marietta Mountain Motorsports Team! This will not be the last bike I buy from them.

From the moment that I stepped in the store, I just felt like I would have a great experience. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Carrie was my salesperson and she took great care of me. I was introduced to the service department and the gentleman who handles the accessories. Everyone took pride in the service that they provided and was knowledgeable on the product that they were selling. This was a one stop shop and they were able to supply me with everything that I needed. 10 out of 10 highly recommended! Please buy your atv’s from here. A phenomenal 1st time buying experience. FYI I had went to “RideNow Powersports McDonough” earlier and all that they were concerned with was running credit, which cost them a sell.
I’ve used Mountain Motorsports multiple times to buy tires for my 2016 Indian Scout. Usually an excellent experience but they frustrated me this past time because I needed the bike back right away and they only had the rear tire in stock so I wanted to have them do the rear and I would come back again for the front once it had come in (it was on order) but they waited and didn’t do either tire until the fronts came in and there was no discount for having them done together at the same time so instead, it just cost me ride time on a few beautiful days when I would rather have been using the bike. I will still go back again but hopefully they won’t keep my bike extra long next time.
Sean is impossible to work with and is actively losing you guys business. I wish Avery was still there. He was amazing. Sean never replied to emails , never returns calls , and when I call and ask for Sean I get told time after time he's with someone he'll calm you back. It never happens. I was trying to be a return customer only 4 months later after my wonderful experience with Avery, but it's impossible. I'll find another place or go private.
