I wanted to say I was very pleased with Connor in sales. He explained to us he'd only been in sales for a short time after a good while in parts. Well I couldn't tell because he's found his calling in sales. Very positive, always smiling and if he don't know an answer, he'll find one out asap. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was very cold outside when I bought, but, they arranged to pick up my trade and drop off my new Tracer 9 in the same day. Thomas the salesman is very nice. Bryan the manager spoke with me on the phone before I came in and was very professional. Gotta give a special shout to Wesley in parts though. He gave me his personal cell number for any future accessories I want to buy and being that I purchased a bike from them, he is giving me great discounts lower than I can find online. If I had to give criticism, some things felt like they moved a little slow. But, the pool table helped pass some of the time. Big thanks to the team. I’m looking forward to getting the bike out when it gets warmer outside.
