Their shop reviews have increasingly gotten worse over time, and I now understand why several customers on google mention Derek being rude to them. I brought in a 2003 grizzly 660 that hadn't ran in a while. It needed a carb rebuild. I was originally told carb rebuilds should cost $400. I paid $800 for a carb rebuild and a valve adjustment and picked it up on a friday. The engine died over and over when going from idle to low range; and backfired. I told Derek, the shop manager, about the problems the very next day on Saturday morning, and he didnt seem interested in fixing it and told me that the bike wouldnt have left the shop if it didnt run right, but i could bring it in to show them. The following Tuesday i brought the bike in. I demonstrated how it ran, It died and backfired as i explaind. Derek said "nothing was wrong with it, but i could pay for the main jet to be increased one size, but it wouldnt fix the problem". I didnt think it was fair to pay since i already paid for the repair. This quickly turned into me getting cussed out by Derek. I left and bought my own carb rebuild kit. I increased the jet size, and now it runs great. At least the store manager sent me $100 in the mail for my "troubles", even though he didnt believe me, but i have videos to prove it all. Go anywhere else or do your repair yourself.

Bought a new 2025 Kawasaki krx4 from this dealership. After only 80 miles machine started to make loud clanging noise when hitting bumps. Dealer looked at it and told me that it is what it is as the fox 2.5 shocks do that with the tender springs. Also pass door will not stay closed. I had it in shop and they said they fixed it. They did not. After some consideration we decided to trade unit in after only owning for 3 months. This dealership was way off on trade in offers that others had given. Tried to get them to meet the price offers of other dealers and they would not. Felt like I was pushed away. Salesmen I was dealing with was nice and his hands may have been tied but I believe they could have done a lot better at making a returning customer that has bought 2 new machines this year happy. Would not recommend dealing with Roanoke Powersports.

I ordered a pro circuit T4 exhaust full system for my 2017 Rmz 450 i was told was in stock. A week later I get a email it was on back order and wouldn't be in stock until the summer of 2026. So I told them no let's order something else thats in stock. I was told that the pro circuit T6 was in stock and id have to pay the difference, so I said okay thats fine let's order that one. So a week later fedex delivers a package from moto sport that had a exhaust for a 1995 Cr 250 2 stroke and about 10 packs of blue coolant hoses. I called them and had to go to fedex and ship that order back. They told me they would get it right and send the right exhaust. A week later I get a email saying that this exhaust is on back order until 2026. On top of all that when they messed my order up sending the wrong parts they charged me for an exhaust gasket I told them I needed for the right exhaust. I assumed they would've told me that they would throw it in but no they ran my card again for that plus the extra for the T6 exhaust vs the T4. In my opinion these people will tell you anything over the phone and have no clue what they are talking about. If you say something is in stock to me that means you know for sure that you have it and you'll be shipping it that same day or the very next day.

Well as far as my experience in this hostile,aggressive,and a politically obsessed society with no desire to stop indoctrination of NON unanimous views together, with a workable long term plan to even SEE solution for the future enjoyments of our human rights because of everyones involved, continuing their previous modis operandi to use,abuse and not even attempt to investigate a surge in ANTI NEIGHBOR AND NEIGHBORHOODS not making room for new neighbors in communities in AMERICA. This nation is and has and will always be my home with the promised my right of peaceful conduct every day. From the way I see things; a nd most likely would appreciate I would not ever want any representative of this place to hail from this greed capital of this nation even being brazen enough to ask for government money on my behalf to continue to specifically based on the facts thay it may now programs that I am not going to receive. TO continue to send their local and State representatives that DO NOTHING FOR ME, to constantly ask for additional funding from the community, charities, t.v. programming,extracurricular activie, live streaming charities requesting they need for donors and sponsors to help more get more and renew their contracts falsified documenting and NO follow up for their services that should be
