From start to finish, this was hands down one of the best buying experiences we’ve ever had. Aaron went above and beyond helping us choose and purchase our side-by-side he was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with our decision. this was our second interaction ever with him, and it felt like we've known him forever. Monique worked absolute magic getting everything approved and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. She didn’t just do her job she went the extra mile to help us make sure we could take it home that same day. I had a great experience at Las Cruces Motorsports. Vanessa was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and easy to understand. She took the time to explain all the ATV features in detail and answered every question I had without rushing. The staff was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Las Cruces Motorsports is hands down the best ATV dealer around. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and expertise.
I brought my bike there twice. They do decent work and the people who work there are really nice. The prices are a bit steep for work hence the 4 stars not 5. It was around $80 bucks for a single front tire tube that in a tire was already removed from the bike. Not crazy, but I paid $50 ish back in Maine.
Absolutely incredible service and an impeccable buying experience. One of the best points of shopping at Las Cruces Motorsports is that they provided a relaxed atmosphere where we were able to look and sit on the bikes without feeling any pressure from sales people. They kindly asked if we needed help and offered to check back with us when we were ready. After looking at a bunch, I narrowed it down to two bikes I was really interested in. Chris offered to let us see his personal motorcycle so I could see how it sounded and felt. That really helped us make the decision. Once we had made a decision, Aaron was our salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. They didn't have the exact model in the shop that I wanted, but he found it at a sister store and was able to get it brought in the same day so we could bring it home. We had such an amazing experience we've already decided we will be back when it's time to purchase again, they will be our first stop and Aaron will be the person we ask for. Thank you for making my experience buying my first bike amazing!
The sales person, Orlando, was great. Very attentive and helpful. Monique and the gal at the front desk were friendly and attentive. I traded my 2020 Ryker in on a 2023 Spyder F3 limited edition.
