Johanna, my salesperson, was amazing knowledgeable, patient, and helpful even down to loading the motorcycle into my pick up truck. She answered all my questions and really took the time to make sure I felt confident about everything. She also worked hard to get me a great deal on the bike, which I really appreciated. Hats off to the best sales person around. Nick, the sales manager, and Allan were also fantastic to work with. They were professional, straightforward, and made the paperwork and final steps quick and painless. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want you to leave happy. My 2nd time back here in less than a year. Purchased a 2025 ninja 500 in august, unfortunately didn't get to enjoy much. fast forward to today and i was able to leave with a 2026 ninja 650. Randy helped me today and truthfully was another amazing experience. Was able to run some numbers and get the bike under an hour. Showed me around the entire dealership and what they offer. Was able to also purchase another helmet from them. This is my 2nd bike, also my 2nd bike from these guys and honestly i see myself coming back again for another one after a couple years. great team they got and amazing service. definitely visit them even if you're not purchasing but how i said last year, when you enter the dealer you will 100% leave with a bike same day.

I bought a new 2024 Kawasaki Vulcan900 last year from them. Last weekend I experienced the front end death wobble I've always heard of. After examining my bike I found my front axle nut completely loose in my fingers. I made a service appointment after torquing it to specs and they kept me there from 10am to 1pm. 3400 miles on this bike and they had the nerve to charge me because I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it by bringing it in for my 600 mile oil change. I received the bike back with oil drops and fingerprints. They took no responsibility for almost killing me
