It moved to our current location in La Habra on Imperial Hwy in the early 1970's into what was then, the largest motorsports dealership in the country. My experience with dealers have always been painful, exhausting, and left feeling taken advantage of. This was not the case with Moto United La Habra. I worked with Jim. Adam, and Bobby. They helped me walk out with a new bike. I couldn't be happier. The team here are motorcycle riders and enthusiasts just like me. To them, this is more than a job but a passion. They met my unreasonable demands and worked with me the entire 6hrs I spent there going above and beyond. I can't thank Jim enough for his dedication and the service he provides. You guys have earned a loyal lifetime customer. Thank you Moto United La Habra for being the good guys. Will be seeing you guys soon!
I filled out an online inquiry about a motorcycle— Christian from the company responded - It was professional, courteous, well knowledge'd In the subject matter And very easy to work with. I bought my new Kawasaki Vulcan S from his dealership and I was in and out in 15 minutes — When you go to buy a motorcycle, you gotta give this place to try and definitely ask for Cristian.
The first and only dealer in the OC/LA region that would discuss pricing over email. Got a price agreed on before I went in, and the buying process was pretty painless other than waiting for them to uncrate the bike. Avoid any dealers that want to waste your time by not discussing pricing.
Nightmare experience. My husband bought us a brand new $26k 2026 sea doo and these people tried to hide a few blemish dents on the bottom. He told them that they needed to repair it. He was told that he would have to call Seadoo. He wanted to leave it and they told him that he couldn’t leave it there, but he had to take it with him with dents on bottom. They didn’t even offer to help set up the ride to the phone or show him how to work it and of course when we get home the display won’t stay on. So we call Seadoo like the company said to do and we have to drive it back to the dealer 2 hrs away. They are very unprofessional and took advantage of us. Shame on them. We bought our other one from a different dealer and they confirmed this company took advantage of us to close the deal. Terrible company to work with. Buyer beware.
We had a great experience at Moto United when purchasing a 2026 Honda CRF250R WE. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and Austin was great to work with, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. We also really appreciated that Moto United is family-owned; that personal touch made a big difference. We went to Chaparral beforehand and they didn’t have anything we were looking for, so we were very glad we came here instead. Highly recommend Moto United and definitely recommend working with Austin.
