If you are looking for service, I would get a quote from the Fort Wayne store first. Actually out of the three locations we checked this one was running $600 more than what the other locations quoted. Unfortunately, we did not get a quote from any other locations first. We looked into it after my husband went to pay and thought wow that’s pretty high for this job. A less than 2 hour job was a 4 hour job for this location. If you don’t care about pricing take it here but if you prefer to save money definitely check the other locations out first. I wish my husband would have gotten quotes from others first because a little longer of a drive would have saved us $600.
Sales experience was fine, however, the used machine we purchased quickly failed; after 10 minutes there was clearly something wrong. When we contacted the store, they attempted to make it right, took the machine back, “fixed” the issue and gave it back to us. However, the machine was still not running properly. After having a local mechanic take a look at it, the machine had a lot more issues than we originally thought; the store completely failed to do the correct thing and proceeded to lie about the work they claimed to have done. On multiple occasions I respectfully reached out to the store for answers only to eventually have my number blocked. If given the chance over again, we would absolutely NOT give More Farm Store our business. Please stay away from the dishonest and seemingly shady service department and find a dealership with the integrity to stand behind a sale and their work.

Fast forward a week, I walk into the More Farm Store and am greeted by Grant. I explained what I thought I needed and Grant guided me. Grant was kind, professional, and transparent. He walked me through the different options, addons, and uses. He also did basic training on operating the tractor and maintaining it. I'm happy to say my family now has a Kubota LX 2610 HSD with everything we need for mowing and with getting us through the winter, along with the ability to support future projects.
