Tim was absolutely amazing to work with — genuinely personable, patient, and made the whole experience feel easy from start to finish. I came in looking for my very first bike and ended up finding the perfect starter — a 2002 Honda Shadow — and I couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment I walked in, the team at Monster Powersports made me feel comfortable, not pressured. Tim took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through the process, and make sure I felt confident about my choice. They were super accommodating with everything, from test rides to paperwork, and the whole buying process was smoother than I expected. It’s rare to find a dealership that treats you like a person instead of just another sale, but that’s exactly how these guys operate. If you’re new to riding or just looking for a solid place that stands by their word, I can’t recommend Monster Powersports enough. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time for my next upgrade.
If you are looking for a bike this place is a fantastic place to shop. I found a beautiful Indian road master with low mileage and a great price. There’s a wide selection of bikes it’s almost like a museum of just bikes. It’s worth just stopping in to look. I’ve also been eyeing a gold wing and they actually had the one I was looking for but I don’t have that much room in the garage. Give this place a look, it’s worth it .
We purchased a Triumph Thunderbird Storm here and had a great experience working with Tim and staff. They made the buying process very smooth and gave us a number of shipping options so we’d have our bike as soon as possible. It arrived in perfect condition and it’s such a beautiful bike.
