In today’s world it’s hard to find a kind HONEST person like SCOTT MILLER! I lost my Honda Goldwing Trike in hurricane Helene’s flooding September 2024. I was able to find a PERFECT new to me Trike at US 31 Sales in Michigan. Scott went out of his way to assure me that I did not have to fly from Florida to Michigan to verify my purchase! He gave me all the information,details, and videos to make me feel comfortable about my purchase. He came in early on a snowy Saturday morning to meet with MY transportation company and insured that my trike was properly secured in the trailer for its trip to Florida. I recently purchased a used (835 mi) 2023 Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello S motorcycle from these lovely people. What a fantastic family run operation this place is. Scott was very professional and sent a reply to my inquiry almost immediately. I had some questions about the motorcycle and Scott was completely forthcoming and honest and sent me perfect scans of everything he had in his possession on the bike. I made a deposit as I was away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and he allowed me to send the rest of the funds via a bank wire upon my return home. He sent perfect wire instructions and my bank had no problems at all. When I arrived to the dealership a few days later, everything was ready and waiting for me. It only took the briefest of moments to sign everything snd get out and back on my way. Everything about this place is FIRST CLASS, from the quality of the numerous motorcycles they had for sale, to the cleanliness and professional appearance of the facility, to the outstanding character of every single person I encountered there. It was one of the very nicest motorcycle buying experiences I have ever had. This is a family run facility and they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company for the quality used motorcycles they sell and their very refreshing professionalism. There are no fast talking or slickster sales people here.
