Great experience from start to finish. Soon as you walk in you get a Hello and how can they help you. From there you get treated as if you were one of them. Great service, friendly, attentive and understanding. They understood my needs and didn't force me into anything. It was a great experience. Wyatt was my salesman and he was great. Tyler was awesome and explained the paperwork. Everyone was great. Definitely recommend.

I went to Mike’s Famous Harley Davidson Dealership because they have the largest selection of new and used bikes in Connecticut. I made an appointment with Sales Rep Rich Peterson. Very knowledgeable of the bikes and respectful of what I was willing to spend. The whole process was painless and quick. Bought accessories and they installed it the same day. Received the 2025 parts catalog (all my years buying Harley never received a catalog). They also gave me a new battery tender. And yes I received a T-Shirt. The following day I received a call from Rich making sure I was satisfied with the bike and purchase process. Will buy again from them!!!
Fantastic Harley Davidson dealership. Great selection of new and used bikes. But also a great assortment of Harely Davidson accessories and parts. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Especially the collection of old Coca Cola stuff, in combination with the bikes makes this dealership very unique and special Definitely worth to visit
