Josh and Sherry have been great about keeping me updated on warranty decisions and parts orders. I also purchased the extended warranty and have had really good luck with it. We bought a Polaris razor 1000 from this location and Joel was amazing and so was the rest of the team there. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me what I was interested in he never tried selling me something I didn't want. They delivered it to us. We had looked at over 15 different places and by far this place was the most friendliest and i highly recommend if you are looking to purchase one try here furst.
I bought a 2025 polaris Ranger 1000 crew in February. Dalton was my salesman. he was very professional and found me exactly what i told him i was looking for without trying to lure me into buying special deals and promos i didnt need or want. Any time i require a routine service or warranty sevice by their on site crew service department they handle it quickly and effectively .Recently my Clutch failed and had to be rebuilt and would have cost me over $1000 in repairs but Sherry was quick to activate the warranty and i was not charged a dime at pickup. the service dept is very knowledgeable on how to operate these machines and i call quite often with questions of etiquite running operations. Sherry and her team is very understanding with my constant questions, very knowlegible with the mechanics of these machines and quick to call back if i get a voicemail. i am greatful for the whole team and my family and i love our new ride.
