I picked up a new 2025 Polaris Sportsman 570 Ultimate today at Mid Tenn Powersports in Lebanon. I worked with Noah (sales consultant) and Tyler (sales manager). Both individuals were amazingly knowledgeable and professional. I walked away feeling good about the deal they made on my trade in and the price of my new ride. I would definitely recommend this place. I will also buy my next rig from them in the future.
I had generator that I could not get to start. I did some research to find a service/repair center to see what the issue was with the generator. Mid Tenn Powersports was the 3d organization I contacted. From the first contact I was treated very professionally and courteous. All my questions were answered and I decided to take my business to Mid Tenn Powersports. Upon first physical contact I was greeted by Tessa who was working the customer service desk while Tyler was at lunch. Tessa was very professional and actually wrote down all the issues I had with the generator and told me Tyler would contact me after lunch to explain the information I needed to know before service was to start. Tyler called me right after lunch as I was told. He explained everything I needed to know about the service and answered all my questions. This organization is top tier. Customer service is definitely a priority. The building is immaculate and the grounds is very clean. When stepping inside the bay area I was surprised how orderly and clean it was. I had a 2 day turnaround on my generator. Tyler explained everything that was done and even suggested how to take care of the generator. Top notch outfit from top to bottom.
