I purchased a 2024 Kayo S200 from Team Power Sport, spending over $7,000, and I haven’t even owned it for a full year. This ATV was bought for my son and has mostly sat in the garage, yet it has had multiple mechanical issues. It reached a point where you’re fixing it more than you’re riding it, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new unit. After dealing with repeated problems, I approached the company about either selling it back or returning it for a refund, considering how unreliable it has been. Of course, they declined without offering any real solution or accountability. What made this experience even worse was the response from someone in the service department, who told me, “You get what you pay for.” That is an absolutely horrible thing to say to a paying customer, especially when I spent over $7,000. If that’s their belief, why are they selling and promoting this product in the first place? You cannot promote a product, take someone’s money, and then talk down about the same product once it’s sold. Being told “you get what you pay for” after spending thousands of dollars made me feel disrespected, dismissed, and taken advantage of. That comment alone showed me exactly how they view their customers after the sale is complete. I will never buy from Team Power Sport again, and I strongly recommend others do not either. If you value customer service, honesty, and reliability, look elsewhere. Once they have your money, they clearly do not stand behind what they sell. Buyer beware.
5/5 for my husband & I only since we are beginners in the motorcycle world. This place had different options going from beginner to expert, street to off road. I appreciated how we weren't pressured into purchasing anything & the salesman (Daniel) was patient enough for us as well as sharing his knowledge & personal experience. Since we are close enough to their location, we were able to have our bike schedule for delivery.
My husband & I had a great experience with my new purchase on my bike. We were coming out of Knoxville & leading up to the final purchase both Anthony the salesman & Brandon with finance were extremely helpful/professional. They made everything easy & smooth all the way through. When we were arrived from our 3.5 hours drive there was very little to go over & complete. It was all fairly quick! Really thankful & even was given a little gift by Anthony. Great all around!
We couldn't have had a better experience than this place. Glen Applegate made sure to listen to our needs and questions, and make several reasonable recommendations- we never once felt that he was trying to sell to us, more to meet a need and make sure we had what we wanted. What he showed us first is what we ended up with, the Kawasaki Mule FXT 1000, which says a lot about his ability to read us and know his inventory and product. We test drive a few different kinds of side by sides, and then the Mule a second time, which helped solidify it for us. We were able to get the trailer there as well! Glen was a great resource, and passed us to Brandon to review the warranties, and then David to review the trailer and Mike inspection. They also answered all of our questions, and were very personable and detail oriented. You can tell the team at MidSouth is there to serve, not just to sell. They will definitely be our go to for service and any future needs or purchases!
Not worth the money – warranty is a joke I spent over $7,000 on a 2024 Kayo S200, and it didn’t even last a year. The bike is hardly ridden and mostly sits in my garage, yet now I’m being told I have to spend over $400 out of pocket just to get it fixed. The warranty is terrible and honestly feels like it’s not real. When something actually goes wrong, suddenly it’s not covered or there’s an excuse why they won’t honor it. For something this expensive, that’s unacceptable. I expected reliability and support, but instead I got constant frustration and extra costs. Mid/South Motoplex does not stand behind what they sell, and the Kayo quality is not worth the price. Do not buy from Mid/South Motoplex. Save your money and look elsewhere.
