Excellent dealer! I have bought several bikes from Andy over the years, both new and used. I've always been pleased with the selection and pricing. I most recently (7/25) bought a used Tiger 900 and the deal was fair and handled quickly with respect for my time. I've had occasion to buy parts from them as well, and pricing was always reasonable with most common parts in stock, and the ones that needed to be ordered were received fast.

Have been riding motorcycles for 60 years, I really know by experience. Mid-Ohio power sports is THE BEST place in the USA. From the owner Dave to Andy, Cody, Pamela and the parts department gentleman, they're extremely knowledgeable and they are your best friend. I highly highly recommend.
Excellent place to buy a motorcyle. Each time I've been in there I've always been treated with a great level of professionalism. Emailed in about a new Ninja 1100 and was emailed back very quickly by Andy. He supplied the out the door price. Which was lower than anybody around. Went up looked at it and made the purchase. Finance went quickly and I was able to take it that day. I felt bad about keeping them a few minutes past close but they assured me it wasn't a problem at all. Owner was extremely nice, almost acted like a concerned parent. when I was leaving weather was cold and windy and told me I could leave it there if I wanted and come back. As I only had a hoodie on. All around a great sales staff and will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new bike.
Drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase 2 bikes. Everyone was great from start to finish. Cody was great in making sure we got what we wanted. Would definitely make the drive again. They also helped us load both bikes, without even asking. Cody needs a raise! And The woman who did the titles (Pam?) get that lady a new printer, she deserves it! EDIT- 12/28/24 we are having issues with all 4 tires on the new bikes not holding air. Obviously this isn’t an issue caused by anything mid Ohio did. This is a factory related issue. But these guys went out of their way to 2 day ship us 4 new tire tubes! Once again, great customer service to try and help us anyway possible. Called Kawasaki and everything will be covered under warranty. Only 20 miles on the bikes.
Had a decent selection of new machines. Andy Bouchard was a great help and very knowledgeable regarding technical details of the new bikes. He gave me a great deal on a new 2024 Ninja 500 ABS SE. Highly recommend this dealership
