The team at Mckibben Powersports in Labelle is incredible. The attention we got immediately walking in the door from our salesman Josh was welcoming and inviting. The sales process was easy and enjoyable and Matt made our experience feel like a priority. The ladies in the parts department were incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to about options and accessories. Our Polaris General was delivered same day so we could enjoy the new machine over the weekend. Even the Mckibben Mad Man was out doing promotion on the lot in his wildly vibrant 80s hair band leggings and sweet mullet! Thank you to everyone at Mckibben, our new power sports family!

My dad recently bought a motorcycle from this shop in LaBelle, and the experience was excellent! We drove about two hours from Miami, and it was definitely worth the trip. Matt helped us through the entire process he was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, explaining everything thoroughly and even giving us great tips and advice. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest, friendly service and people who really know what they’re doing!
We went into the LaBelle location and was greeted by Matt Brown. He first took the time to introduce himself and then provided us with excellent customer service etiquette and asked what what brought us in. I explained to Matt what I was looking for and that we need to be direct and to the point on what he could do on various machines we were interested in. I’m not one for any of the back and forth and told him that if he could be direct and candid with us we would extend the same courtesy and not give them any of the runaround either. Time is the most precious thing we all have so to be able to let your guard down about what I was looking to spend as well as Matt letting me know what he could and couldn’t do was refreshing. Honest and to the point. We worked together on my deal and options and the total time from me walking in the door and a deal on a new machine was less than 20 minutes. Matt and his entire support team was amazing and took care of us well and I couldn’t not leave a review since the experience from start to finish was so great. To the leadership of the business please take notice as good people you can find, great people not so much and Matt is certainly great and a great asset. Your not in the ATV business your in the people business because that is who buys and uses your product! Win the people, win their business and that is exactly the road map that leads to more business and repeat customer for life! In addition to the purchase I will now be bringing our other ATV’s to Matt and his team for service which is equally important in my opinion.
