Fantastic purchase experience from Martin Marine of a Polaris Sportsman 450 ATV. Clint in sales was extremely responsive and attentive and worked on a good price for me. Al the owner delivered the ATV to my home in Somerset and spent the time to show me the correct maintenance and operation. Exceptionally good experience! I would recommend to anybody in the market for an ATV.
I have nothing but good experiences with the service team. They been excellent. I purchased my machine here and they have performed any needed service. I recommend them for quality service. They are not inexpensive but sometimes you get what you pay for and I feel they have given me quality results.
Went in expecting great things to get my 2017 Polaris Sportsman fixed and serviced. I have had nothing but problems with it since I purchased it. I was not greeted when I entered the building. I had to wait for someone to come to the front. When the sales person got to the counter, he had no customer service. Nothing but an attitude given to me when I was asking about what we can do to fix the quad. I was nice to him even though I was upset about the problems with the quad. It was very awkward trying to talk to him. He had very short answers and got frustrated when I asked him about a recall on my quad. Their services are very overpriced. $85/hr and $90 for a basic oil change. I ended up just taking the quad with me since he refused to fix the power steering even though there is a recall on it. I plan on finding another dealer that has good customer service and doesn't get irritable when just being asked questions about how to fix a quad that I bought 2 years ago that has had more repairs than any quad I've ever owned.
Al was amazing. We purchased our General last fall and not only did he deliver it, but he took the time to go over every inch and every function with us. He has since helped us maintain service on it, including pick up and delivery. I'll definitely continue to do business there, even looking to purchase accessories and extended warranty. .Thanks Al for everything.
In 30 years of snowmobiling I've never owned a new sled. Thought I couldn't afford one. Talked to Clint and he made it easy. Friendly personal service made me feel right at home. Some great end of year deals on clothing too. Stop in to see these guys. You'll be inpressed!
