I bought a 2024 (NEW) Kawasaki Ridge from them, the salesman Jamie was very nice and respectful. After I got it home I noticed that the expansion tank for the antifreeze was empty, so I added some. Called and told the salesman about it and he stated that it must have been missed. Obviously my first clue. So had it for 20 hrs. on engine which called for an oil change, in which I did. I figured I would check the transmission and front differential. To my surprise there was no oil in either, in which I could not feel. So according to the book I added 80/90 GL5 oil. The transmission took a quart and the front diff took 1/2 qt. Today I drove to the dealership to get some of the Kawasaki 80/90 and of course none in stock. I then went inside to tell the salesman about the expensive Ridge that I paid a lot for that was not even serviced!! They proceeded to tell me that they don't service what they sell that Kawasaki is at fault. I told them that for the amount of money I paid for this UTV I expected and took for granted that it had ALL THE FLUIDS checked before sell! They argued with me and told me to call Kawasaki that it is their fault. I just hope after 20 hours that the transmission and front diff. is not damaged due to I feel is their negligence. Is it really too much to ask if you are buying a NEW UTV for the dealership to at least check the fluids before the customer leaves. Obviously in their eyes it is not their job.. Shame on them! So if you intend to buy from this dealership check ALL the fluids yourself and know that they DID NOT! They need to at least disclose that important information to the customer prior to any sale.

After being denied service to have a tire mounted and balanced on my Goldwing at multiple motorcycle shops in the Bristol/Abingdon area because I didn't purchase the tire from them and other reasons. I called Mark V in Wytheville. These guys were more than happy to assist me without a appointment and did it in a timely manor. They also did a great job with the mount and balance. No wheel damage and perfectly balanced.
I was on a long distance trip and got a flat in my rear tire. I plugged it but still had a long way home and needed a new tire. They had one in stock and immediately pulled my bike into the service department. Not all shops would take care of a rider like this. I am forever grateful to them. I love the old school aire of this shop. It is not a fancy boutique. It is a real motorcycle shop.
