Just had the most awesome buying experience at Maddie's yesterday. Went shopping for a UTV (Side by Side) to plow our driveway. Met Casey Crosby as we walked into the dealership. Long story short, Casey helped us purchase the exact model we had seen online. One left, in stock. Casey was knowledgeable, pleasant, personable and the process went seamlessly. James Earner was excellent to work with. I pretty much did the entire purchase via text and email. It was a seamless process for me. The first sportsman, 570 touring premium that I purchased came damaged and they wouldn't let me take it. They demanded that they'd get a new unit for me. Even though it would have been covered under warranty, that right there says an awful lot about the company that they would deliver top notch service and not give me a damaged unit and try to cover it up under warranty. I went down today and signed the paperwork for it, which was seamless as well. Heather was excellent in the finance department. She had all the paperwork prepared and went over everything with me in detail so that I understood my complete purchase before I left the building. James took the time to go over every option on the sportsman to make sure that I knew exactly what I was doing before I left the complex.I'm very much looking forward to receiving this unit on tuesday and having many years of good use out of it. I look forward to doing future business with Maddie's Motorsports of Dansville they have really come to impress me.
Ok….. so I previously gave Maddie’s maintenance dept a bad review for poor communication and not addressing issues with ride command. after this I had to take my challenger in for low voltage warning after the recall was done. I was pleasantly surprised when Tom mentioned my review and then did his absolute best to make sure everything was taken care of and explained. After being on the phone with Polaris tech department he had answers!! I want to thank Tom for going above and beyond to make a loyal Indian customer happy with this experience After this experience I’ll be back. I guess we all have bad days. So a big thank you to Tom!!
