M & E Honda represents a true American dream story. It was opened in 1971 by Shirley and Dan Evans and then co-owner Jack Mitchell. They built a spacious facility for offering Honda powersports to the people of their native Southern Indiana and eventually, Dan and Shirley became full owners of M & E. When Dan passed over to that great ride in the sky in 1982, Shirley carried on the tradition of selling top quality Honda products to satisfied customers throughout the mid-West.

I walked in knowing I wanted a specific atv, I found it in the showroom looked it over and was greeted by Tom. I told him what I wanted and why I wanted it. Then, when I was finished, I told him to sell me an atv. So he explained thoroughly that the reasons I had against some of the other one’s were not anything to worry about. He reassured me that I would be happy with a different one and I had to agree. I made my decision and bought the other one that he suggested and I have to say that I am very happy with it so far. Regardless it’s a Honda and the Honda reliability has been proven time and time again. I’m not planning on sinking this into a swamp or pond anytime during my ownership of it, so any concerns I had are really not valid. Doing some yard work, pushing snow, and trail riding will probably be the most abuse it’ll see. Thanks again Tom and M & E Honda
Recently purchased a 2025 Honda CB750 hornet from M&E Honda, and it was genuinely the best experience buying anything from a dealership. When I asked for a quote on Honda's official website, I was sent a quote a day later from Kristina with absolutely zero hidden fees. Kristina was incredibly straight forward and always happy to help with the entire process. Collin (forgive me if I butchered the name) is the sportsbike expert for M&E Honda, and he was not only incredibly helpful in helping setup the bike in the trailer, but he was also beeming with excitement and enthusiam for the motorcycle industry. First ever experience where the people were passionate and excited about their work and products. Would absolutely recommend this place.
18-wheeler review... arrived the night before and lined up in front of service door in trailer parking lined space. Crated motorcycles came off by tow motor pulling them to the back by a strap, so nose up to the curb to give them enough space to unload. Unloading process went smoothly and all 18 units were off within 1 hour. Very professional. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. Good people to do business with. I'd gladly deliver here again. There is a speedway with a couple truck pumps and spaces about a mile south on 50. Thanks M & E!!

Overall great experience buying our Honda Rubicon from M&E Honda here at Bedford. From the moment we entered and up to loading our ATV, all responsible staff were courteous and helpful. The person in charge of sales and introducing us to the ATVs was through and not pushy. Joe took the time to listen, interact and helped find the ATV which was right for us. Joe also introduced us to other staff members and they were great also. We look forward to doing business and our servicing here. Can't wait for them to complete construction.
