Fantastic experience, everyone at the dealership was great. Staff are experienced riders and were able to answer all our questions. We did not plan on buying any more than maybe a shirt or poker chip and walked out with a 2024 FLHTCUTG Trike. They were all great but Jacob and Zach went over the top helping us. Even though we left the dealership without buying the first time so we could discuss it they were understanding and did not pressure us to buy, they let he product do the talking. We returned a few hours later and they helped us find the trike we wanted and were very helpful explaining customization and finance options. And a special thank to the local HOG members who provided a lot of information as experienced trike riders that made myself and my wife much more comfortable with out purchase. Great dealership and fantastic people.

This location always has something exciting going on! I popped in today and in addition to the awesome bikes on the lot and in the showroom, there were food trucks, live music, plenty of smiling faces and a rocking tattoo station!!! Definitely ask for “Zach” and he will assist you in getting what you’re looking for at a reasonable price!

I'd give them zero if possible. They advertised one price, then added over $2400.00 in dealer markups once I wanted to pay cash for the bike. Basically, false advertising. Don't waste your time and stay away from here. Really disappointed but unfortunately its a common practice for unethical dealers.

Did not have a good experience - at all. First, when you go to buy a used Harley there - FORGET the advertised price. That is NOT what you will pay. They add about $1,500 in "dealer prep" and another $1,000 for "mandatory theft protection". It is only MANDATORY at this dealership. We checked and Harley Davidson does not require it, plus the price from Harley is only $499. What should have been a quick sale, carried on for two days. Robyn was personally disrespectful to me and i almost walked out. There's more to that story. Bottom line, although I am glad others have had a good experience, I will never return to this dealer. Very unprofessional.

It's a dealership. It's expensive. Dealerships have a lot higher overhead than buying from another person but, it's what they do with that that counts. These folks here really do go out of their way in the customer service area. I use chick fil a as the bar in customer service and that would make these guys the CFA of Harley dealerships. Pleasant all around, they went as far as delivering my bike - last minute - on Christmas Eve!!! Who does that? Very humble folk them. Update: Jessie dropped the bike and stayed and answered questions, on Christmas Eve, after they were closed, all knowing he still had to drive back another 30+ minutes! That's service folks!
