My salesman, Dustin, was excellent to work with—communication was timely, not pushy, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because my first experience here was great, and this time the sales manager did make it right for me when they made a mistake, and they were still the best deal I could find. The first red flag for us when we showed up that morning to purchase our second sxs from them in 2 years was them saying they swapped units from the one I placed the deposit on the night before. It was the same exact color and model but the only explanation they could give me was that they “wanted to give me the best one for a repeat customer”. (Most likely they sold that one I would assume) They never even offered to let us look at this until we bought it. Then after the purchase was completed it was never disclosed that it came with a work key fob only and limits you to 20 mph for overall drive speed. (This key was supposed to be programmed with no restrictions upon post delivery inspection) So after driving 4 hours to my home, I was anxious to ride it only to find out it was a work key that limited us to 20 mph. So, their resolution was for me to take it to a local dealer and have them reprogram the key since I drove 4 hours from home to buy this. They didn’t offer to pay for this even though this was their mistake until I asked for them to since this was a huge inconvenience not getting to hardly drive this thing. The sales manager approved paying for the key reprogramming. I also asked if they could pay for a spare key fob for the inconvenience since it was never disclosed until after the purchase that it only came with one key fob and two door keys. The salesman said no you would have to pay for that. Fast forward to when I drove an hour away to closest local dealer, upon inspection, we discovered the this thing had not been inspected one bit. There was several updates and settings that had to be calibrated. After discovering this, I was extremely aggravated that this had not been properly inspected before purchase like they are required to. After discussing this with the sales manager he did pay for all the expenses including the spare key that they initially said they wouldn’t pay for so I am glad that they offered to make that right for me. So all in all, I would be cautious and make sure they have properly inspected your unit you are purchasing before buying it.

Fantastic buying experience at Green Mount, especially considering I was out of state. Purchased a new Honda Talon there, where Cody and the sales and parts teams were phenomenal to deal with. Great deal, friendly, super responsive and wonderful facility. 5 stars.

Was looking for a new dealership online when I came across Green mount Road Motorsports, in O'Fallon Illinois. Getting lined up with the purchase that I wanted was fast and easy. I had a couple concerns and a couple hiccups after purchase. However AJ in the service department was quick to get the concerns/hiccups resolved promptly. He has been very helpful throughout the whole process. I am also grateful that AJ and I were able to cordinate a time frame to be able to get my new purchase in for its first service and double lightbar installation the same day, so I wouldn't have to make 2 trips down and back two hours one way.
