I brought my 2018 Triumph Street Triple in for its 6,000-mile service. I texted about a week beforehand to set up an appointment and the process was smooth and painless. Matt was very responsive. When I got there I went over to the service counter and Matt was quick to help me. They took my bike in right away and Matt told me that the service would take about 2 hrs. While working on my bike they noticed some lights weren't working and Matt made sure to come find me to run it by me before they went ahead and did anything. They also noticed my front tire was on its last legs so he cut me a deal on a new one. Prices are fair and the service is friendly and excellent. I'll return for any of my other motorcycle-related needs.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. To say that they went above and beyond to help me secure the motorcycle I wanted, all while making me feel comfortable as a new rider throughout the process, is a gross understatement. Johnny Tsang provided me with a no-hassle sales experience. Frank and Patrick also ensured I had just the right amount of coverage for the riding I planned to do. I purchased the Royal Enfield Goan Classic, beautiful bike.. I did everything over the phone with Ash since I am out of state customer it was smooth. Today I drove to their location and everyone was awesome! Very helpful, super friendly they went over the bike with me, even every customer who was in the store was so friendly! Really can’t say enough good things about the whole experience with the crew. You can tell everyone really likes what they do there.
