Was in the market for a compact utility tractor and after extensive research I decided to go with the Solis H24+. The price point and options just made it an easy decision. This was my third purchase with L&N and it has been a pleasant experience each time.

I bought a mower, cash (even though they got me at the financed price, good one y'all) , from LN 2 years ago. The first service they left the air filter instructions in after completing service and nearly fried my motor. I gave them another chance a few weeks ago and ultimately I'm convinced. Incorrect spark plugs after service made my machine run like something that was 30 years old after doubling my original price for service, and they were simply going to hand it back before I said anything to them about it. I needed a throttle cable in which they said would order takes a few days no problem, been a week and a half so I called and said "we haven't ordered it but it can be here in 3-5 days", puts me on hold, and tells me oh well it was ordered but it won't be here for another 4 days.... We will be trying the Great Outdoors of Richland's from now on.

Sales department is good. The service department is a joke. No problem buying my UTV. But I DO NOT recommend carrying anything to have it worked on there. It took 6 weeks before they even started tearing transmission apart to find the problem with it. Then they told me they had filed warranty claim and were waiting to hear from them. Well I called the warranty department and found out that no claim had been filed. Luckily I talked to a very helpful lady with the warranty department that did a 3 way call that got things going. But it took 3&1/2 months to do a 12 hour job. And when I get it back there’s bolts missing and loose and I have a hard time starting machine now and that was even an issue before. It want shift into gear now without grinding. HORRIBlE HORRIBLE experience with service department. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by letting them work on your equipment.
