Great Experience at Lithium Powersports While traveling for work in Jacksonville, Florida, I stopped into Lithium Powersports after seeing their electric dirt bikes online. My son has been eyeing one of these bikes for a while now and is working hard to save up for it, so I figured I’d check them out in person while I was in town. I was greeted by Kyle, a sales rep at the shop, and I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction. He was friendly, laid-back, and extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and actually got me even more excited about the bikes than I already was. If my son can sell his current dirt bike and a few other things, he’ll be ready to buy, and I would absolutely love to come back and purchase one from this dealership. Great experience all around!

Ordered the Bonnell 775 MX. I experienced a 4 month backlog. Great customer service if you demand it. Had 2 issues: 1) Getting charged 4 months before the product shipped. This created doubt for how legitimate the company is. I asked about this and I received a rather short unsatisfactory answer from them. This leads me to my second issue. 2) It is like pulling teeth to get meaningful responses from them. Which didn’t comfort me about the my order status. On a good note: Once the bike did ship there was a FedEx issue where my bike was supposed to be shipped directly to me from the port and it went somewhere else instead. The customer service was greatly improved for this. Was thankful for their interaction with me and FedEx to get answers. Final comment: They shouldn’t be charging customers until the product ships. Customers are not here to provide interest free loans. No product no money.

Terrible experience. Worst “manager” I’ve ever spoken with. He told me to purchase an experience for my kid instead of a “material item” like a bike. (Yes—this was said by a company that sells bikes.) Here’s what happened: I reached out to Lithium Sports in early November before placing my order to confirm the bike I wanted would arrive in time for Christmas. They assured me it would, so I moved forward with the order (almost $6,000). After I placed it, a woman from their company called to verify my order and identity so they could continue processing it. Weeks passed and the bike never arrived by the dates they originally gave me. I also never received proactive updates. I had to keep reaching out for basic status information. Now, just days before Christmas, I’m obviously concerned this is my son’s only Christmas gift, and I wanted a bike under the tree for him. I called again and asked to speak with the manager. I believe his name was Brad (not 100% sure). He sounded frazzled, talked over me, called me a liar and offered no real solution other than telling me he was canceling my order. When I said I did not want it canceled because of the timing and the fact it’s my son’s only gift, he told me I was “materialistic” and that I should focus on buying my kid an experience instead of a bike. I was genuinely shocked. A bike is an experience; riding with friends, being outside, building confidence and independence. The way this was handled, and the way I was spoken to, was completely unprofessional.

I just bought my second JetBlaster Pro from RideNow Powersports. Joey is the salesman that helped make the process easier. I must give a shout to Clay the General Manager. He is a tough negotiator but a fair one. He gave me the best deal up and down the East Coast of Florida. It was worth the 3 hour drive.

I received my order already opened and clearly used, so this was not a minor issue or cosmetic problem. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility for sending a used product, they told me I would be charged a 15% restocking fee to return it. Charging a restocking fee for an item that arrived in this condition is completely unreasonable. This shows poor quality control and even worse customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re willing to risk receiving used merchandise and paying extra to fix their mistake.
