This dealership is absolutely amazing! I was in the market at the end of the year and when I called them their message said they were closed until the beginning of January, right then and there I knew there would be no sales pressure. When they opened back up I got in touch with Dan, their website showed a specific Honda I wanted and he said "Its yours!" I went in and put a deposit on the ATV and ordered all the accessories I wanted and they recommended a few more. I walked over to parts which is in the same location, they fit me with a new set of goggles and ordered the helmet that I wanted, they were awesome too. When I went in to finalize the deal Dan introduced me to Karen and Keith, they're great people! Keith was giving me tips on how to make sure my Honda will last me forever and Karen finished my paperwork signing. I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes with my new ATV on the back of my truck that Dan helped me load. American Honda Motor Company should be honored to have a group like Libby's Moto World representing their brand. See you guys for service soon
Libby's is a great dealership, with the best people helping out with whatever you may need. I have had my Triumph serviced there, Keith and the entire service department are awesome - they really listen and do great work to resolve any problems. Their prices are good and they have a very good selection of new and used bikes. Parts department is courteous and professional, as is everyone at Libby's!!!
I have had great experiences with Libby’s. The purchase process was extremely smooth. I filled out the application and walked away with the bike within a couple days. Within two weeks I got a screw in my back tire and went completely flat in Norwalk. Towed the bike to Libby’s and they had me in and out within an hour with a brand new tube. As long as I live in CT I will be bringing the bike there for major services. Thanks again Libby’s!
I bought a brand new Triumph from Libbys and the experience was beyond exceptional. Everyone on the floor was extremely helpful and at no time was I hovered over or pressured to buy. Exceptional service! I wrecked my street triple and when I went to the dealership I bought it from, they didn’t want to help me. I called Libby’s and Keith help me.
