My husband and I walked in not knowing much at all about what we wanted. Jake was extremely helpful and explained all of our options without making us feel pressured to purchase anything. He was so great and genuinely wanted us to find the right UTV for our needs. Everyone else we encountered was so helpful from the finance guy (sorry, can't remember your name) to Cam the mechanic to the person who initially greeted us at the front door. By the end of our visit we felt 100% confident that the Kawasaki MX pro was exactly what would meet our needs. Lake City was our first stop and will now be our go to in the future!! I just purchased a new 2025 Honda Africa twin Adventure Sports from Lake City Cycle, What a great machine! Jake my salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I met quite a few of their staff, I was impressed with their expertise. I highly recommend Lake City Cycle.
DO NOT BUY USED, was told there would be an inspection on machine since they had just got it in that day, waited a week for parts and an inspection, come to find out they missed 2 broken parts when they did the inspection. Had the machine for about 2 weeks when I noticed it. I went in and talked to them about it and showed them proof that it was broken the day they got it in. They told me that they won’t put anymore money into it and it’s my problem now. They shouldn’t have missed it on inspection…
Awesome experience from start to finish! The team was straight up and transparent about my trade, which I really appreciated. They had all the paperwork ready to go, making the process quick and hassle-free, and even took care of the temp tag upon delivery — a small detail that made things much smoother. This is actually my second bike from Lake City Cycle, and I’m really glad I gave them another chance. They’ve earned my trust, and it shows in how professionally they handle everything. My only “complaint” is that I love my new Trail 125 so much, it might be years before I’m back for another purchase!
