I took my wife's car here a year ago because of a bad battery. They replaced my battery and charged 200$ for replacing a battery. A year later we started having the same problem with the battery so I took the battery back because it had a 42 month warranty on it. Come to find out they had installed the wrong battery a year ago and said that the correct battery cost 100$ more than the incorrect battery they installed and I had to cover the difference (which a good business would have covered the 100$ for the inconvenience). The guy tells me the battery will be in the next day because they had none in stock. I go to the dealership the next day to pick up the battery and the guy behind the counter has no clue about the situation, only that I'm supposed to be picking up a battery, nothing about paying only paying the 100$. The guy behind the counter ask me who told me about the 100$ that he has no notes about any of it. I tell him it was the guy at the front desk but he wasn't up there today. He tells me to hold on while he goes and talks to some others to see if they know anything about the situation. Luckily one of the mechanics new about the situation. Poor communication in the workplace is a big red flag when dealing with any business. Needless to say I will be taking me and my families business elsewhere.
