Amazing staff and great selection. We went in ready to buy 2 dirt bikes. We were welcomed by friendly faces and assisted by staff who genuinely wanted us to get the right bikes for what we would be using them for. Staff is not on commission, and they are all enthusiasts, so they just want you to get the bike that will make you happy. Financing was super easy, we were introduced to the service department and shown around the shop. My daughter played with the service guys daughter while he installed our gps'. We got all of our gear from the shop and had a staff member walk us through every step making sure we got the right gear for our son. The guys got their KTMs here but my daughter and I will be going to the sister store soon to get my KLX and her bike. I had one on one conversations with multiple staff members who encouraged and empowered me to also consider riding, and now here I am about to make my own purchase. We got there a few hours before closing, but with financing, paperwork, and programming and installing the gps', we accidentally had quite a few guys staying after closing hours. We apologized, and they waved it off like it was no problem because they were genuinely excited for us. Some of the guys even mentioned where and when they ride/raced, saying it would be cool to see us out there. What an awesome group of people. The amazing service and phenomenal staff have created long-time customers out of us. We'll make the drive from north ftw with absolutely no problem. Can't wait to get our next bikes! I recently purchased a used Kawasaki KLX300SM from this KTM dealership, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I’ll admit, I’m not the easiest customer to deal with when it comes to bike purchases—I had them competing with another dealership, and there was a lot of back-and-forth over the phone. Despite that, Sean and his team handled everything with professionalism, honesty, and an impressive level of communication that made me feel confident about the deal. What really stood out was how they made me feel like I wasn’t just getting a good deal—I was getting the right deal. They worked hard to make sure I was within my budget, ultimately saving me about a thousand dollars compared to another bike I was looking at, which put me $25 a month under my budget. I never once felt like I was inconveniencing the team, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The service team was just as great. They were super friendly and even helped me move my phone mount from my trade-in without any hassle. Shoutout to Sean, who really made the experience feel personal. He spoke to me like a fellow rider, was extremely knowledgeable, and even gave me a tour of the shop after he had learned about my time in the industry. His expertise made all the difference. It felt like I was working with friends, not just a dealership. I’d rather buy from a place like this, where you’re treated like a person, than from some corporate chain any day. Highly recommend this shop for anyone in the market for a bike!

I just purchased a new to me 2020 Ktm 690 smcr and immediately had issues with the clutch slave cylinder. I was able to get in within a few days and get this taken care of and get the oil changed and then noticed a new leak under my bike the next day. They got me in immediately and I had the owner of the shop Todd look at and fix my bike and he showed me what was going on and how I need a larger copper washer on the oil drain plug because the previous owner must have hit something with it and it’s not perfectly round anymore. This definitely seems like the place to take your bike if you are having issues.

I recently purchased a 2025 KTM 300 Factory Edition from KTM of North Texas. I shopped around for about over a month comparing prices. I had numerous calls with Zach about this particular bike, and not once did I feel pressured to buy. Their knowledge, selection of gear, and parts is "hands-down" well above competition. The service department set up my bike to my specifications even though they were extremely busy. It has been many years since I've purchased a new bike, and I can not express how well I was taken care of. Zach went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of and left extremely happy. Their customer service is exceptional.

This place and these people are amazing!! To make a long story short - I am in my 60s and bought my 1st motorcycle today - and I could not be more please with the process!:) I don’t have an exact number but I have probably been to about 20 motorcycle dealers; for the most part, everyone is nice but KTM of North Texas went above and beyond to make my buying experience great! In addition to great customer care - they also had the best pricing! I am so glad I started my motorcycle experience with SLM Racing / KTM of North Texas! I would highly recommend them to anyone! The owners are Todd Tarver & Bert Reynolds - they were both amazing! UPDATE - it has been 9 months, and I absolutely love this bike! It runs, handles and looks GREAT, and has more than enough power. I wasn’t sure how you would do on the freeway but it has no problem passing vehicles that are going 75+ MPH. I am also still very pleased with the service here at KTM Of North Texas. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this dealership, and their products!
