I recently bought a 2025 Harley-Davidson Road Glide from Knoxville Harley-Davidson, and the entire experience was outstanding. Tony Robinson and Chris Bradley went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my new bike and trade. Tony found incentives that made a brand-new Harley only slightly more than a used one. No pressure, no games—just honest, straightforward help. I was allowed to test ride several bikes, and Tony even approved a longer-than-normal test ride so my wife and I could be sure the Road Glide was right for us. That kind of customer care is rare. On a follow-up visit, George showed me seat options and answered questions, and Matt was friendly and helpful—great service even after the sale. In parts, Todd and Brian were extremely helpful and treated my wife and me with respect. Joe Ferguson in finance made the paperwork easy and explained everything clearly. In apparel, Cora, Andi, and Jessie were fantastic—friendly, patient, and always welcoming. And a special shoutout to P-Nut in detailing. His work with cleaning, waxing, and ceramic coating is outstanding. Knoxville Harley-Davidson truly has a family atmosphere. Every department treats you like you matter. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 5 stars for Ryan and the rest of the service team! They got my bike in quickly, cleared a code, and flashed the system to complete the install of my Homelink and heated grips. Everyone was attentive, professional, and took the time to explain different aspects of my bike and what to keep an eye on for future maintenance. Top-tier mechanics and genuinely great guys. I’ll definitely be bringing my bike back here for service in the future!
Where to start? Walked in for a chip, bought a bike and made a friend. What an amazing experience. Tony is literally the nicest guy I've ever met. He and the sales team are awesome dudes, so much that we hung out with them on Friday night at Bootleggers and celebrated Tony's 50th Birthday.. Lol Cannot recommend this place enough. Easiest purchase I ever made. I could go on and on about this experience.
