Excellent sales experience and never left my house! Bought a new Kawasaki KRX 1000 Lifted Edition. Saw it online on Wednesday and it was in my Driveway on Monday. Rolando was super helpful and kept me apprised of the process. Eduard handled the financing deets and that process could not have been easier. No hassle, no back and forth, no endless “now we need this.” Gave him my info and an hour or so later he called and said “good to go!” Arrived Monday with free delivery and was absolutely perfect. Tyler had it well-secured and was at my home within 5 minutes of the original ETA. He had all the papers for me to sign and unloaded it as I completed that. Easy-peasy. Even a full tank of gas. I have made several car purchases online, a boat, and even a house. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant process ever! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for new toys. Five stars all the way.

I bought my slingshot 2 years ago and all services, parts changes have been done with the team. All the technicians and the manager have guide me on how to use my toy. I recently brought my 2025 Slingshot SLR, with only 400 miles, to Kissimmee Motorsports due to the Ride Command System failing. The system had shorted out and completely fried both the unit and the amplifier, requiring a full replacement. The team diagnosed the issue within 60 minutes, and Service Manager Elio Cruz was professional, helpful, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, my experience with Polaris Corporation was the opposite. I spoke with a representative named Ben, and from that point on the situation became nothing but delays and excuses. I must have called more than ten times trying to get an update on what was needed to move forward with the replacement, but I received no clear answers and no sense of urgency. It was extremely frustrating, and their customer service at least in this experience fell far below expectations. After three weeks, the system was finally replaced and is now working as it should. With that said, I want to take a moment to thank Elio and his team for the work they do. They deal with a lot, including customers like me when I’m frustrated are total ***HOLE, and they handle it with professionalism and skill. Elio is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping his customers. His team is solid as well though a little improvement on returning calls wouldn’t hurt!
