Huge shoutout to the amazing customer service team — especially Rose, who went above and beyond. She sent me photos of each product so I could really compare everything and feel confident about what I wanted. Super helpful, super friendly, and honestly just made the whole process fun! My purchases were shipped out of state and arrived quickly and perfectly, which was the cherry on top of an already awesome experience.

Excellent experience working with Jonah George and Matt Loenard. Jonah was very knowledgeable about the bike and explained all the features the bike has to offer. Working with Matt we were able to get to a price I was happy with. Can't wait for spring to take this bike on the road. Again, an excellent experience at Kevin Powell Motorsports.
Don’t even waste your time going there. They had this 2025 Yamaha raptor 110cc. They have it in discount for 2999.90 ended up working a financing out the door was 4000.00 sounds good signed almost all the paperwork meanwhile they brought the raptor “to be worked in the back ready for delivery” well I said ok, I’ll sign the last paperwork work once I know the raptor is actually working and that the front part was replaced or in order because the front part was broken. Well I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and finally I went to the service department to ask why is taking so long and the employee was like they didn’t tell you and I was like tell you what? So he walked to the so call “negotiator” name Matt and he said ohh yea the starter is no working and has a “recall=bs” because there is not an active recall for that atv. Then he comes with excuse saying that he told the salesperson to let me know that the atv won’t be ready but he was busy (which is true) and I told Matt don’t you have a mouth and let me know instead of wasting my time, then he proceeded to tell me that he was calling different stores to get the part another bs, they saw me walking on the store for 1 hour and half never mentioned anything until I said what is going on. They don’t want business that is ok, and that is how company go out of business!!! But at the same time is a blessing I was about to buy a lemon and now they can make their own lemonade with that atv. Picture below shows the front part broke and missing bumper and it’s a 2025, I don’t want to imagine a 2020 atv they will bring you a piece of the bumper and the engine on the side. Be aware of this place! Updated September 27, 2025 I got a called from the store leaving me a message that they want to make things better, which I am working on another deal with Charlotte Motorsport, well Kevin Powell Motorsport wanted to offer me the same deal which was purchasing the atv for 4000.00 but they wanted to add 1 free service for the inconvenience and also for me to delete this post, well things don’t work that way. I hope this is a learning lesson in business! Business 101 - be honest, integrity, and communicate when a problem arises and provide solutions, dont expect your customers to chase you around to find answers or solutions for your business. Don’t complaint when business go somewhere else because of your service!
