Good guys. It is a relatively small shop, but the team is straightforward and reliable. I got my wife her dream bike (Ninja 1100SX-SE), and everyone at the store has made every interaction for her and I excellent. Theye were clear with their out-the-door pricing and never tried to trick me into anything. When a part did not come in with the accessory luggage I purchased with the bike, I think they were more frustrated than we were. They care about their customers. If you're considering a Kawi in the DFW area, give this shop a chance to earn your business.
I came to this dealer because the Kawasaki dealer North of Dallas, which was very close to me, did not want to deal with a customer that had a blown engine and did not buy from them. Honestly, so glad that corporate stepped in and lead me to this dealer. First time calling the service department I spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing the issues I was having and later found out it was the service manager. While waiting in the service department I watched Burt work and lead his team. As someone who works on all of my own vehicles, I would honestly trust this shop. They go above and beyond taking care of the customer and that includes making it right. With that being said I ended up buying a new 2025 zx6r and worked with Adrian and it was a pleasure. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone I come in contact with I recommend this dealer. Everyone here works with integrity and that is one thing most dealers lack. I would drive 2 hours one way to give them my business because at the end of the day you want someone who you can trust. Thanks again for everything! I am loving my new bike!
