Terrible experience. Saw a bike i liked they told me to try and ride the bike with them in their premises, after the sales person tells me to try it ive never owned a motorcycle nor have licence for one, it wasn’t perfect and i fell. Figures i was just excited Signed papers and left almost $3K deposit and went home but did not take delivery since i don’t have a license to ride legally. After thinking it through and falling the day before i decided to cancel delivery. they proceded to lie saying the deal is sent to the Bank and funded. When I called the Bank they tell me they have nothing in their sistem so i can still call out the deal talking with the dealership. Talked to the GM Álvaro, only says “i can buy it back from you” and offers 4k on a bike he sold me last night at 13k according to the financing agreement that i didn’t saw. They made everything seen transparent just to stab you in the back when you know you need to undo that deal. Gm proceded to tell me the owner does not accept cancel the deal even though i don’t have license to ride, or ins to take delivery. I just need someone to do the right thing but another dealership that is worried about the quick buck. Stay away.
