The sales staff is very knowledgeable of the producs they have and helped me to realize the bike I initially wanted would not be a good fit for my use. After taking time and doing some more research I decided on something completely different from what I had initially wanted. I had taken note of a couple different models available on their website. When I visited and after letting them know what I was interested in they compared the numbers and found me a better bike at a lower price by getting all discounts I qualified for. The staff was super friendly offering me refreshments as I waited on papers which were finished fairly quickly. Once all the paperwork was done they took the time and point out everything on the controls and display and asked if I had any questions and then I was off with a full tank of fuel. When I am ready for another bike this place will be my first visit.
10/10 customer service was really great and I love my bike! Caleb was my point person and he communicated really well with me, made the transaction seamless. Aaron got everything together for me to sign and we had a some good laughs while signing. They were very friendly and professional and I would recommend!
