Purchased a 2025 Goldwing Tour from Jay Hatfield. I was able to demo the bike, which was important as I was interested in a DCT model (automatic), and I wasn’t sure if I would like it. The test ride went well and I decided to attempt to buy it. I traded in a 2019 Harley Davidson, and although I didn’t get as much as I wanted for it (do you ever?), we were able to come to terms with pretty minimal negotiation. The rest of the purchase was easy and low stress. I never felt pressured nor ignored. My sales team was Nathan T, Houston C, and Mitch F in the business office.
