What an amazing experience and what great service I received here, Landon was very helpful throughout the questions and paper process! management made the process of signing everything over very easy and what a beautiful selection they have! I decided on the 25’ Zx6r! I’ve had it a week now and am absolutely in LOVE with this machine on wheels! Thank you Jax Power sports for showing me what freedom looks like and helping me in the process of starting my dream to be a rider I’ve had my whole life, it’s been the best decision I’ve made in a very long time! Buying a motorcycle can often feel stressful or pushy, but the experience here was the total opposite. Landon was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, never pressured me, and answered every single one of my technical questions with professionalism. The whole process, from the Sales Team to the financing with Ms. Barbara, was seamless. I drove away with my 2025 Ninja 1100 feeling confident and excited, not just about the bike, but about the dealership that sold it to me. I highly recommend Jacksonville Power Sports for purchasing motorcycles, four wheelers side-by-side, or Jet skis. They are awesome!

I initially went to Jacksonville Powersports after coming across a deceptive bait and switch ad on facebook marketplace by sales manager Byron. He had a motorcycle listed for $5,400 but did not disclose any fees or the fact that he works at a dealership until offering to purchase the motorcycle, which of course tacked on $1,047 in fees over the listed price. I should have strayed away from this business after that. I decided I would purchase a new zx6r ABS. Landon was very helpful but seemed afraid to make any type of deal because of it being vetoed by Byron. The MSRP on this motorcycle is $12,599. They wanted over $15,000 out the door. Sales tax and registration fees are expected but they had an additional $1,250 in fees on top of that. Byron was not willing to negotiate and sent Landon back to settle on a deal but it was for the wrong bike, a non ABS model. I offered $13,700 out the door and received a simple “no”, not a counter offer or anything. The financing aspect is another story. I was told the credit check would be a soft pull that does not impact my credit score. I immediately received an email regarding a hard pull on my credit report. The sales managers just seem to want as much profit and possible and are not afraid to block sales to their salespersons. If you want to pay $2,500+ over MSRP, this is the place to go. I, however; will not be back.

Horrible experience April 2025 I was approved originally can am maverick beforw boarding a cruise ship only to find out 4 days layer it was a can am commander, I accepted a commander xmr I accepted the fact that we are humans and mistakes are made. I came back a few days later to pick up unit when i got home(150 miles away) with the unit to find out it was not built well screws missing, frame handles was loose, panels loose, I never got my 1 snorkle insert in the mail. A tech was sent to program a key into sports mode.
